for everyone

In a post one day last week I read how Brett had some hurting hands from making lots and lots of salsa during the day. The ingredients he meantioned sounded right on to me, a self proclaimed hot sauce/salsa connoisseur so I had to try some.

I purchased what he had listed as the second hottest salsa available, and in no time I was contacted regarding the order letting me the status, being a food product he did not ship over the weekend, which makes sense and is fine with me.

The salsa arrived a day after being shipped, a nice jar and its own lable stating the date the salsa came into existance. (see blurry photo) The real test was soon in coming.

First off the salsa had a nice kick, not too much but enough to leave me looking forward to the hottest brand he makes, another good side effect is the fact that my wife does not care to much for spicey salsas and after one bite was fine to leave it all to me.

Along with the spicey, came a good taste, well rounded that fit really well with the chips. It beats anything I have bought at the store and I highly recommend trying it out. If you are not in to spicey salsas he makes a full range from mild to hottest, which is next on my list!

The site where you can order this and many other goodies is located http://www.fauver.net/

Which one did you get? I got the medium, only because my family members are wusses...

Glad it arrived on time, in good condition, and I'm very glad you enjoyed it. I'm still working on the recipe for the hottest after this past weekend's taste test, trying to save the flavor while still enflaming the taste buds, mouth, throat, etc. . . (That and I'm still waiting for enough habaneros and thais to ripen)

Thank you very much.

Jersey Deviler (Hotter) – From the heart of Southern New Jersey, the delicate flavors mix deeply with intense heat that burns fom several angles. Not for the novice.

I'll probably end up getting this one and trying it too...after the medium is gone.
